Portland Institute for Contemporary Art’s annual convergence of contemporary performance, dance, music, new media and visual arts projects in Portland, Oregon. Now in its seventh year, the Time-Based Art (TBA) Festival is presented from September 3-13, 2009 with visual art installations running until October 18.

Mining movement and text from James Dean Last Meadow creates a non-narrative collage of an America where the jig is up and the dream has died.
SweetBerry Sampled and LeftOva
Kalup Linzy with Ben Darwish, Sam Howard, and Kevin van Geem
Linzy performs songs from SweetBerry Sonnet, with video segments produced as a result of a PICA residency, along with local jazz and rock rising stars.
