To this end Tate Liverpool opens the call for collaborative socially engaged artist/s born in or resident in the UK, Ireland, Spain, Finland, Hungary or Germany, (partner countries within the Collaborative Arts Partnership Programme).

The brief is to research and deliver a new commission in Spring, 2017.
