Opportunities: Participate in Art in Odd Places (NYC)

Art in Odd Places announces the opportunity to be a featured artist in  Scenes From Last Week: W. 14th St. This video installation provides a unique performance platform that allows you to see the current moment and the prior days of the week synchronized to the present time. Artists are encouraged to create a single or multiple day performance to be viewed the night of the opening July 15 between 6 – 8 PM. Pieces that feature artists interacting with themselves from prior days or engage with the theme of ritual are strongly encouraged.

How To Participate:
Plan your performances and present them  between 6 – 8 pm July 9-1 in front of the  “Scenes From Last Week: W. 14th St.” cameras that are located in the storefront windows of Rags-a-GoGo at 218 W. 14th St. and 14th Street Framing Gallery at 225 W. 14th St.

Scenes From Last Week: W. 14th St. is a collaborative project between Eyebeam Art and Technology Center artist in residence Andrew Demirnian and Art in Odd Places.
