Opportunities: International Call For Projects Nuit Blanche Brussels (Belgium)

Call For Projects Nuit Blanche Brussels – 12th edition october 4, 2014
Deadline March 5 2014
Application Fee: Free
Payment 1,000 – 15,000 €

Sponsored by the City of Brussels, every year on the first Saturday in October NUIT BLANCHE showcases the public space and dozens of sites in the capital by means of contemporary artistic creation. Cultural venues, shop windows, school playgrounds, car parks, churches, stations, fountains, streets and squares are all potential locations.

In offering a series of artistic works closely related to the sites in which they are presented, NUIT BLANCHE sheds new light on familiar places as well as extending an invitation to discover locations that the public usually have little or no chance to see.

The 2014 edition will be held on the night of Saturday 4 October, from 7 pm to 7 am, in the heart of Brussels and the theme for this year’s event will be the cinema. This theme should be understood in the broadest sense and may be twisted at will!

Note: this call for projects only concerns existing projects. A second call for projects will be launched later on for new creations, on the basis of precise specifications and sites.

So send us your most innovative or interactive projects, may they be wild or appeal to the imagination! Files must be sent by Wednesday 5 March 2014 at the latest.
