◊ MPA-B 2014 | MAY 10 ROUND-UP ◊

FULL PROGRAMME : www.mpa-b.org/10-may-2014.html

We’re in to double figure dates now and we’re not slowing down! DAY 10!

We kick off today with the ongoing VOYEURS Series by Zona Dynamic, with selected French artist Natacha Mankowski. Entering the public cube Natacha will embark on poetic intervention under the title “I Am An Oasis.” Calling out from the cube to the pedestrians, to be part of a public realm. The performance will take place at Leopoldplatz 12:00-17:00.

Aleks Slota continues the ‘ritual suicide’ the second part of a four performance series entitled ‘High Risk of Recurrence’ at Alexanderplatz. Commencing at 12noon.

TONIGHT at the CULTURE CONTAINER (next to the HUB) we will have the pleasure of hosting a performance series of Polish artists curated by Agnieszka Szablikowska from Raczej Gallery in Poznan- the ONLY place in Poland completely dedicated to performance art. Under the title Not Only // Nie Tylko the four artists will present actions intrigued by the notion of diverse sound sources, effects of human on place, and the relationship between observer and performer. 19:00-22:00

Finally, to wrap it all up, starting at 18:00 and going on until midnight, a bunch of the MPA-B artists and curators will be selling their clothes (but with a performative twist!) at PLATOON KUNSTHALLE Berlin‘s weekly night clothing market “THE WARDROBE”. Don’t miss your chance to get your hands on some specially crafted clothing experience!
