Description Of Opportunity:

Li-E Chen is looking for international contributors from the following disciplines: composers, singers, conductors, librettists, choreographers, artists, actors, lighting designers, producers, curators, dramaturge and others to be involved in ‘8 Sessions Experiment with Li-E Chen’ as part of her research and development project: A Silent Opera on the Life and Art of Tehching Hsieh. Each session will be exploring music, voice, movement, text, actions and visuals in a non-narrative and non-representational forms.

This opportunity is open to anyone who is interested in the project and working collaboratively. Professionals, students or amateurs will all be considered.

Stage 1 – Open meeting – Fri 23rd March (11am – 1pm)
Stage 2 –  Online form – deadline Mon 9th April

Fee: £100 per session (max 4 sessions per contributor)
Location: Senate House, University of London
