And tonight, come and enjoy for one more time….

PERFORMER STAMMTISCH curated by Jörn J. Burmester & Florian Feigl comes to an end today at NeuHoch (19:00-22:00 – 3€ donation) with two performances and a follow up conversation with the Canadian artist Karin Turcot and Berlin-based Taiwanese artist Lan Hungh. Karin, who has travelled specifically from her native Québec to be with us during MPA-B, will present RECURRENCE both intended as “repetition”, in which the singularity of the gesture disappears and gives way to a series where the expectation / apprehension that comes is grounded in the knowledge of what came, and as “trauma”, the Remembrance of what this was. Meanwhile Lan will present MY PERFORMANCES ALWAYS FAIL. Every time Lan plans a performance, it always goes wrong. And he asks: “Why is that? Is it because Berliners are all performers? How should it be possible to successfully plan a failure?”.
