These are the new projects from our Saturday’s programme:

NOCH EIN WUNSCH? by the collective Die Teilnahmerei, curated by Mike Hentz: an evening of performances, music and “who knows what else”? starting at 17:00 at Siouxie in Neukölln and continuing well into the night.

WHOLE BODY TREATMENT #4 with Sara Hamming and Tine Byrdal (DK), curated by Camilla Graff Junior, a performance inspired by therapeutic situations and involves only the performer and one audience member (running May 11th and 12th)

From Camilla’s curation also URBAN DAWNS with Magda Mrowiec (FR) who draws a portrait of cities at dawn – the moment of luminous transitions. She collects her material while traveling and the first part of the project, a video installation, shows Moscow, Reykjavik and Rennes at dawn (kunstraum t27 – 19:30 – 3€)

NO SHOWS with and by Stephanie Hanna who will employ the window pane of a donauXganghofer in Neukölln as canvas, and she will add and substract paint, opening and closing view points. Gradually, the windows become illustrated by her observations and perceptions. (from 16:00-18:00)

Lia Bergaue & Nico Sophilus present DER KÖRPER IST EIN SEISMOGRAPH a site-specific experiment which will take place at Berliner Hauptbahnhof from 16:00-18:00.

YOU’RE A BIG BOY NOW (OR RAUSCHENBERG IST TÖDLICH) with Ivy Castellanos, Valerie Kuehne, Anya Liftig, Brian McCorkle, Esther Neff, Adam Overton and Hector Canonge operating a “diner” without respite at Grüntaler9 in Wedding, dishing up edible and inedible options as visitors receive a menu from which they can order food, objects, and time-­‐based items.

ON OFF MOMENTS, a new exhibition hosted at Grimmuseum, curated by Amelie Wedel, and presenting the work of David Horvitz, Daniel Kötter, Mikka Wellner, Murat Adash, Laura McLardy, Gretta Louw and David Kroell. (14:00-19:00) and SILENCE by Aleks Slota, who will be installed in a gallery window and negotiate power between himself and the audience through only his gaze (at ReTramp from 14:00, daily until May 17th).

Caden Manson is a director, media artist, and teacher. He is co-founder of the media ensemble bigartgroup.com and network, blog, and publisher, contemporaryperformance.com. He has co-created, directed, video- and set designed 18 Big Art Group productions. Manson has shown video installations in Austria, Germany, NYC, and Portland; performed PAIN KILLER in Berlin, Singapore and Vietnam; Taught in Berlin, Rome, Paris, Montreal, NYC, and Bern; the ensemble has been co-produced by the Vienna Festival, Festival d’Automne a Paris, Hebbel Am Ufer, Rome’s La Vie de Festival, PS122, and Wexner Center for The Arts. Caden is a 2001 Foundation For Contemporary Art Fellow, is a 2002 Pew Fellow and a 2011 MacDowell Fellow. Writing has been published in PAJ, Theater Magazine, and Theater der Zeit. Caden is currently an associate professor and graduate directing option coordinator of The John Wells Directing Program at Carnegie Mellon University’s School of Drama.
