From 12:00-12:30 artist Aleks Slota continues the third series of HIGH RISK OF OCCURRENCE. A performance of rebirth and cleansing. A disordering of belief structures. From 14:30 we have a durational performance entitled N.EVER.LAST / BIND. Vaida Tamoševičiūtė and Daina Pupkevičiūtė will explore the notion of free will. “We imagine to be following our instincts, and yet somewhere down the line we find out to be living by the rules imposed onto us.”

From 16:00-20:00 we have PERFORMATIVE CONTRIBUTIONS ABOUT MIGRATION AND BORDER REGIME at OKK/RAUM29 (Prinzenallee 29) 3 Artists, 3 Performances, 3 Countries and 3 different experiences throw us a fragment of the landscape of mobility, identity and boarders with the works of Héctor Canonge, Whashi Kuhi and Juan Pablo Arce.

From 19:00-19:45 at the HUB we present a cinematic music performance from the the collective Apperaat. Living by the motto, “It has to be pleasant” Apperaat invite the audience to take a seat and a glass of wine and enjoy a multi sensory journey, a parenthesis into their lives, an aim to entertain.

From 20:00-21:00 at the HUB we present PERFORMANCE MACHINE. A performance by Orion Maxted with Alexander Coggin, Michael Norton,Jessica Lauren Elizabeth Taylor, Espin Bowder and Margo van de Linde. Exploring how machine makes performance.

Today Zona Dynamic’s VOYEURS series continues with INDIGO. Anna Katharina Aichroth and Hila Gross Beriro present a performance within the enclosed cube about communication. Caden Manson is a director, media artist, and teacher. He is co-founder of the media ensemble bigartgroup.com and network, blog, and publisher, contemporaryperformance.com. He has co-created, directed, video- and set designed 18 Big Art Group productions. Manson has shown video installations in Austria, Germany, NYC, and Portland; performed PAIN KILLER in Berlin, Singapore and Vietnam; Taught in Berlin, Rome, Paris, Montreal, NYC, and Bern; the ensemble has been co-produced by the Vienna Festival, Festival d’Automne a Paris, Hebbel Am Ufer, Rome’s La Vie de Festival, PS122, and Wexner Center for The Arts. Caden is a 2001 Foundation For Contemporary Art Fellow, is a 2002 Pew Fellow and a 2011 MacDowell Fellow. Writing has been published in PAJ, Theater Magazine, and Theater der Zeit. Caden is currently an associate professor and graduate directing option coordinator of The John Wells Directing Program at Carnegie Mellon University’s School of Drama.
