The Institut français x Cité internationale des arts Residency Program is one of France’s largest international artist mobility programs. Each year it brings nearly seventy artists and cultural professionals from around the world to Paris to develop research and creative projects across disciplines including theatre, dance, performance, visual arts, music, literature, cinema, architecture, design, digital creation, photography, fashion, gastronomy, criticism, curating, crafts, circus arts, puppetry, and urban planning. Residents are based at the historic Marais site of Cité internationale des arts, where private furnished studios are combined with access to professional artistic facilities and an international community of practitioners.
