Applicants must also:
- Be based in Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, or the United Kingdom.
- Have a personal bank account with an IBAN number under their own name in one of the eligible countries.
- Be born in or before 2005.
- Have an updated website or public social media profile where their artistic work is publicly shared.
- Clearly outline how they intend to use the grant and how it will support their artistic development.
- Demonstrate how the grant would help address economic, social, cultural, physical, or health-related barriers that would otherwise prevent career progression.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to being a positive ambassador for the TSAF Grantee Network.
Former and current TSAF grantees are excluded from this open call. The Foundation states that it cannot make exceptions to its eligibility criteria.
