Contemporary Performance releases PFORM on iPhone, Android and html5

Contemporary Performance is pleased to announce the launch of  the 2nd annual PFORM App (formerly APAPP) in iOS, Android and HTML5. Available now.

PFORM_Phone_IP5

PFORM is a companion app tailored to the spectrum of performance events and festivals held Januarys in New York. PFORM provides listings, maps, calendars and ways for users to network about the festivals and shows they attend while integrating with established social media outlets such as Facebook, Twitter, foursquare and Contemporary Performance’s site of performance-makers from around the globe.

PFORM (v5) allows users to:

  • Discover information about festivals and venues for Under The Radar, Coil 14, American Realness, Other Forces, Prototype Festival, and independent events
  • See a compete listing of performances by date or by festival and add shows to your personal or public calendars
  • Like and post your attendance of specific performances to Facebook andTwitter accounts
  • See a map of venues, get directions and check in with foursquare
  • Watch videos related to performances and festivals
  • Follow a twitter feed aggregate of all the festivals and their related hashtags
  • See posts by Contemporary Performance
  • Search over 350 performances from the network in 2013 in the Almanac13 (launches 1.1.14)
  • Listen to Podcasts from OK Radio
  • Network with other people attending the festivals though the app’s integrated social network
